ABOUT

Painter and owner Georgia Lee Elrod has over twenty years of experience in the industry, and founded G.L. Decorative Finishes in 2005. Based in New York City, she has also completed projects in the Hamptons, Westchester and Connecticut, Boston, Baltimore, St. Louis and Bermuda.

A native New Yorker and the daughter of two painters, Georgia is also an exhibiting artist. With a background in fine art as well as conservation, Georgia brings a unique and sensitive eye to interiors. Georgia received her BA with honors in fine art from Colorado College in 2001, and her MFA in painting from Hunter College in 2010.

G.L. Decorative Finishes is based in New York City and the Hudson Valley, near Hudson, NY. We serve clients all over the tri-state area and beyond.
